Record Your Call has been recording calls for businesses and consumers since 1997. We operate as an
autonomous brand of Crosby Communications,
a UK business based in Liverpool.
The technology we use, the storage of recordings, the security of the system, the operation of the phone lines and
the technical support are all operated in–house, using our own systems in our own buildings,
operated by our own staff.
We're always listening to our customers and adding new features which reflect their feedback, all
the while keeping to our promise to provide the service for free. We don't ask you to pay for
anything on this site – we make our money from the small amount commission we retain for each
recorded phone call.
Our mission is to empower business and consumers with the ability to record telephone calls with
the minimum of hassle, providing good value for money while being the very best in the call
recording market, and staying streets ahead of our competitors.
