Record Your Call offers its causal service for customers who wish to make recordings on a casual basis, and that will never change.
Due to customer demand, we've been asked to create some extra features mainly for businesses. As such, we have created the
following 3 packages to suit. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Bronze
For just £25/month we give you:
- Dedicated access number (no need for PINs etc.)
- Call recordings stored on your account for 3 years
- Our Bronze support package offering better support benefits
- 50% discount for access to mobile and international destinations
- 10% discount on additional services
Silver
For just £35/month we give you:
- Dedicated access number (no need for PINs etc.)
- Call recordings stored on your account for 7 years
- Our Silver support package offering better support benefits
- 50% discount for access to mobile and international destinations
- 10% discount on additional services
- Option to record from just certain phone numbers
- 2 free hours of recording editing from the studio per month
- Recordings made and stored in HD voice
- Cloud sync with Amazon S3 - retain a physical copy in your office of all recordings
- Synchronise your recordings automatically with GoogleDocs
Gold
For just £45/month we give you:
- Dedicated access number (no need for PINs etc.)
- Call recordings stored on your account for 7 years
- Our Gold support package offering better support benefits
- 50% discount for access to mobile and international destinations
- 10% discount on additional services
- Option to record from just certain phone numbers
- 4 free hours of recording editing from the studio per month
- Recordings made and stored in HD voice
- Cloud sync with Amazon S3 - retain a physical copy in your office of all recordings
- Synchronise your recordings automatically with GoogleDocs
- Dedicated branded listening line with professionally recorded introduction
- Multi factor authentication security
- Mobile application to access your recordings from iPhone, Blackberry and Android phones
With all of our packages above, we offer some additional services that can also be purchased.
Terms:
- Minimum contract period of above packages is 3 months
- Inclusive recording hours cannot be carried over for more than 2 months at a time
- The Record Your Call SIM card must be used at least once every 3 months
