How much does it cost?

There is no extra cost to you for recording your incoming calls because the cost of calling is included within the call charges paid by your callers. Full details of call charges for incoming calls is here.

How do I know when someone is calling me on my Record Your Call Number?

You won't unless you set the drop down box setting for your incoming number called "Caller Display" to "my incoming number" from it default setting of "callers number". When someone calls you in future on your incoming number, YOUR incoming number will be displayed on your phone rather than the persons number(caller ID), allowing you to distinguish were your calls are coming from.

Will the person who calls me know that the call is being recorded?

When you add an incoming number to your account, there is a setting called "announce" this by default is turned off, so callers WONT know your recording the call. Turning this on plays a message at the start of the call (before it rings at your end) telling the caller "this call is being recorded". See our legal sectionfor more details about this.
