How do I get a copy of a recording?
You need to register, login and then enter the details of your recording as
follows:
- Register using your email address and a password of your choice.
- Login & goto add new recordings, using the pin number you were given.
- Enter the telephone number you called if prompted, then press add.
- Select the recording to replay immediately or save to disk and replay later.
How much does a copy of a recording cost?
Copies of your recordings are free and are kept on our system for 6
months. After that they will be deleted. To keep your recordings for longer,
simply download them to your PC or order them as a hardcopy.
How do I replay a copy of a recording?
Either, ensure that your computer has an installed media player
capable of replaying MP3 files an download the recording from the site to
play on your PC, or use our replay service.
What should I do if there is a problem replaying a copy of a
recording?
