Any personal information that you provide to Crosby Telecommunications
Limited ("Record Your Call") will be held by us in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998. Record Your Call is registered
as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner.
. Recordings of telephone calls that you make using the Record
Your Call service ("Recordings") will be stored for
30 days starting on the date on which the Recording is made.
Recordings are stored by Crosby Communications Limited, a company
that supplies telephony and Internet services to Record Your Call.
Record Your Call shall not itself or permit any person (other
than a person who enters the applicable PIN) to access or listen
to a Recording without your prior consent, unless it is required
to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or a body with the
authority to compel Record Your Call to do so.
You should be aware that a Recording can be accessed by anyone
who enters the correct PIN for the Recording. You should keep
each PIN secret. You should also be aware that the default PIN
for a Recording is always the last 6 digits of the telephone number
to which the call that is the subject of the Recording was made.
It is therefore possible for someone to guess the default PIN
for a Recording. If you are concerned about the security of a
Recording, you should change the PIN for that Recording.
If you make a complaint to Record Your Call about our service,
then we will use the details that you provide to us in order to
deal with your complaint. If necessary, we may disclose these
details to Otelo (the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman)
in order to help to resolve your complaint.
